This Privacy Policy describes how PocIv, LLC, doing business as ProofMode Health ("ProofMode Health," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit proofmodehealth.com, go.proofmodehealth.com, portal.proofmodehealth.com, or proofmodelabs.com (collectively, our "Sites"), or otherwise interact with our services.

  • Payment information — processed securely via Stripe (for course purchases) and Shopify (for supplement purchases at proofmodelabs.com). We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

By opting in to SMS communications via a form on our website, you consent to receive text messages from ProofMode Health. SMS consent is never required as a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages you send and receive.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time. You will receive a confirmation and will receive no further messages.

How We Use SMS

We use SMS messaging for the following purposes:

  • Enrollment confirmations when you register for a course
  • Session reminders and upcoming content notifications
  • Course-related announcements and updates

SMS Consent and Third Parties

Your SMS consent and phone number are not shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share your information with our SMS service provider (GoHighLevel / Katalyst CRM) solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf. This provider is contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for message delivery.

Effect of Opting Out

Opting out of SMS communications does not affect your course enrollment, access to the client portal, or any other service you have purchased. You will continue to receive email communications unless you separately unsubscribe from those as well.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our Sites and deliver our services. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

5. Cookies and Tracking
